How do I move apps in and out of folders in iTunes?

This requires that you have iOS 4 installed on your device and iTunes 9.2 or greater on your Mac/PC.

You should first read the guide on how to do this on the phone itself (click here to read). It's fairly straight forward to move apps around. Sometimes, a video explains it better than any static images (note there is no sound)...
