			<description>Why do you say Vodafone is evil? Do you seriously think Telecom is going to be better?

These plans are actually quite reasonable except the data plans but no mobile company seems to be offering ADSL/Cable comparable prices in New Zealand so really Vodafone is the lesser of two evils.

If you really want to pick on someone blame the government for not doing more to open up competition to more players and subsidising newcomers so as to promote competition. - lowededwookie</description>

			<description>Heh, sure, it's cheaper, but as you say it's still crazy expensive.  Even on the now second cheapest play you're paying over $2000 all up over 2 years.  Plus on the cheapest $40 a month plan (which still isn't cheap, considering the 8GB iPhone now costs a whopping $700) you only get 20 minutes and 100 txts, which doesn't quite cut it for the price.

Vodafone is evil...  :P
