The packaging containing the case was VERY difficult to open (I am a novice iPhone owner so checked in with a more experienced colleague to see if I was doing anything silly). After a bit of brute force we got the package open. It comes with a shiny piece of card called an "Application Card" but there was no explanation as to what you should do with it. Fitting the case to the phone was also VERY difficult - it also required judicious use of brute force. So whats there to like about this case? - the main thing is that it is very strong and very snug - the phone doesnt move around in it at all - they claim it is 'tough polycarbonate' and it sure is. Access to controls was good (although the on/off button was a little fiddly). I dont know how well it fits in a docking station or cradle as I dont have one. I didnt like the colour (I had the red one) - several female friends commented that it looked too "girly" for me. Once you've fitted the case it is also very difficult to get it off again (more judicious brute force needed). If strength and snugness are key criteria for you then this is a good choice. If style and colour are important then I'm not quite so sure you'd like the red one (the flower emboss style was a little weird to look at. Also if you like to change between different cases regularly you might not like this one because it is, as I've said, very difficult to remove once its on.
