Hot on the news of the AT&T allowing iPhone owners to use Internet calling services on its network, Apple have stated that they will amend their developer agreement to get more VOIP apps on the App Store. This is a major change both for the iPhone and AT&T, the latter of whom had only previously allowed VOIP via wi-fi. How this (if at all) affects the issues related to the ongoing saga related to Google Voice (not a VOIP app as such) being approved to the App Store is unclear.
