In a blog posting on the YouTube site entitled "Mobile Uploads to YouTube Increase Exponentially", they have indicated there has been a rapid increase is uploads to YouTube from mobile phones, but even more interestingly, an increase in uploads of 400% when the iPhone 3GS came out. YouTube believes that this is due to new video-enabled phones, improvements to the upload flow to YouTube, and a new feature on YouTube that allows sharing through social networks.
