Orsome Software is pleased to announce the immediate availability of their first iPhone application especially targeted at the New Zealand iPhone user. 'tvGuide' is an application that provides a quick and easy way to browse current TV listings directly on your iPhone device. It takes advantage of Apple intuitive touch screen interface by providing a way to swipe a timeline style view of programming across the screen. It also senses the rotation of the iPhone or iPod Touch to a portrait orientation and animates the display to a more traditional newspaper style listing if you prefer.
The price is subject to change, as it is based on US currency but currently listed at NZ $ 4.19. For more information about this product or other upcoming iPhone applications, either visit us on www.orsome.co.nz or email

This is the COOLEST app. It's what the iphone is all about - useful everyday stuff!! No more tryin' to find the paper or TV. Beautifully implemented. Great to watch the expressions of folks as you show them!! hahahah - especially landscape mode lol. |

Yeah, looks like a great app! I'll definitely have to consider purchasing this one... only thing is the price. Also the initial icon leaves a lot to be desired, but otherwise looks awesome. Thanks for sharing. Cuby |

Went and got this on the basis of this review and comment. What a fantastic little app. Best $4.19 I've spent for a long time. |

I downloaded it too, I wish they'd change the icon and make it a little more iPhone friendly (scrollable guides) and buttons. Otherwise, great tool! |

The software runs on all iPhone and Touch devices running iPhone OSv2, and can be found on the new iTunes AppStore either within iTunes on your desktop Mac or PC, or directly on the iPhone by searching for "'tvGuide".
